After our 55min Pilates Sculpt class, we’ll kick off the food exploration with a few veggie snacks, providing essential nutrients and fiber. To amplify the experience, I encourage you to dare a glass of water with a splash of vinegar 😅 – a unique palate cleanser that aligns with our commitment to mindful choices.

And then comes the highlight of our gathering – the precious pizza. By this point, our bodies will have experienced the benefits of mindful movement and a thoughtful approach to nutrition. We’ll learn together about glucose tricks and how to navigate the consumption of various foods to maintain optimal energy levels and well-being. 🌱

In our “Time to Shine” program, we delve even deeper into the glucose revolution hacks, uncovering the secrets to balanced energy levels and sustained vitality. The program guides you in building better routines and nurturing an athlete mindset that extends beyond the studio, into your daily life.
