Imagine a long weekend retreat in the peaceful mountains of Sweden, living simply and surrounded by pine trees. From Thursday, October 24th to Sunday, October 27th you’ll break away from daily routines and dive into nature, reconnecting with your true nature.

Hey there, I am Lena and excited to get to know you, and/or your team!
I moved countries, quite often – still am. With Pilates I re-discovered my strength, found certainty, inner sense of home, and confidence in my own abilities. I finished my teacher training back in 2019 at Pilates Bodymotion in Cologne and have been sharing my practice ever since.
My passion is all about connection, to likeminded souls, and to your body, using movement as a tool for mental and physical clarity. In my classes I focus on anatomical alignment, a mindful, funky practice – using the breath as a tool to connect mind and body.
If you’d like me to teach your team, your friends and family, for a special occasion or simply because you’d like them to experience my style of teaching too – please don’t hesitate to contact me!
