You can try to change the angle, looking more on your stomach, rather than keeping your neck long (looking to the ceiling). See if that changes anything or otherwise you can of course also use your hands to support and start slowly building it up with a chest lift for instance. Very Nice. But I do not know what to do with my neck. I hurts to keep it u-liftdeur, so I have to keep one hand to support my neck. Is That ok?
