Throughout our 3 months (or 6 months) journey we get your body (back) into alignment, upgrade daily habits & nutrition, unlock your spine and free your body from any tension, worries or discomfort to step into the athlete that already lives within you – as a mindful mover, ambitious sports enthusiast or intentional practitioner. We re-awaken your inner strength & flexibility to grow beyond any limitation.
I am Lena, Founder of Pilates Bay Online.
Pilates came into my life in the early ages, as my mother owns a studio herself in Germany which was one of my biggest playgrounds. It took me a journey to the other side of the world to fall for the sport too.
I’ve been into fitness my whole life, yet got certified in Pilates only at the age of 25, at Pilates Bodymotion in Cologne. Since then I am passionately teaching this method and advance my clients health state.
I have a huge passion for conscious movement, correct anatomical alignment and understanding your own body holistically.
My teaching style combines stability and softness with the intention to let you live life with a big smile.

Our 3/6 months journey together includes:
- The most intimate container there is in my world. My eyes are all on you & your progress
- Weekly 1:1 Sessions via Zoom + Recordings OR for a small extra fee delivered to your home (currently in Amsterdam, Netherlands)
- Daily Support Access via Telegram (Mo-Fr)
- All Access Pass on published courses & programs, including the On-Demand Pilates Video Library
- In-depth Fitness Evaluation session, incl. Walking + Posture Analysis + Re-Assessment after the first half
- Creation & regular updates of your individual trainingsplan, plus homework videos (if needed)

With this call Lena can get a better understanding of your current status quo and how we can help you improve.
Trial Class + Fitness Evaluation
In our first session we see if we match & also check on your current Fitness level, to decide on future exercises and trainings goals.
Weekly Classes & Homework on Demand
Lena will observe you closely throughout your exercises to adjust, correct and improve your performance. The Video on Demand library & extra recordings will be used for homework too.
Re-Evaluation first half
After 6-8 weeks we’ll do Fitness Re-Evaluation & compare what changed or didn’t change so that we can improve lifestyle- and workout habits after all.

All practices and tools you will learn are individually designed for you & applicable not only on your mat, but also in all other areas of your life. Awaken your best form & shine bright!
